South Centre Road, Melbourne Airport

Eifers recently completed critical infrastructure construction works to South Centre Road Tullamarine on behalf of Melbourne Airport. South Centre Road had fallen into a state of disrepair due to spalling and fatigue cracking, making full reconstruction a more feasible option than spot repair works. In light of this, Eifers completed nearly 4000m2 of profiling and asphalt works for construction between Sky Road and Annandale Road, complete with line marking and landscape drainage works. The 2 component asphalt base and wearing course will provide longevity and value to the new community asset. This project was completed in one 24 hour shift.
