PROJECT OVERVIEW:

In a strategic effort to enhance passenger experience and streamline operations at Terminal 4, our team was engaged to transform existing taxi waiting bays into a dedicated undercover Uber Rank. The project involved a comprehensive scope, including the completion of detailed design and construction documentation.

Key aspects of the project included the development of a staging plan, traffic management plans, and the construction of new footpaths, canopies, and waiting areas for Uber passengers ensuring a comfortable experience for all users.
